GAWSOC Women's gala to come off soon

Accra, July 14, GNA - The Greater Accra Women Soccer Committee, (GAWSOC) will on Saturday July 24, organise a day's gala to herald this year's league season which kick starts on August 7. A statement signed by Mr George Lawson on behalf of the President of GAWSOC, Mr Fred Akoto-Gyan, asked all participating clubs to complete negotiations on all new players before the date of the gala to avoid any inconvenience.

The statement further requested all clubs to endeavour to fill all the requisite requirements well in advance to enable them participate in the gala and league respectively.

Teams expected to feature in the gala are Dansoman Ladies, Tesano Ladies, Ghatel Ladies (Accra), Great Mawuena Ladies, La Ladies, Tema Manhean Ladies, Ashiaman Ladies, Nungua Ladies and Post Ladies. The rest are Faith Ladies, Starlets Ladies, Sunspot Ladies, Ada Ladies, Amanfro Young Hearts Ladies and Prison Service Ladies.
