F M stations to hold football gala

Cape Coast, Dec. 31 GNA - Six FM Stations in the Cape Coast Municipality and Elmina have participated in a special soccer gala at the Robert Mensah stadium on Saturday, December 30, 2006. Mr Joseph Akpenu, the event co-coordinator said the objective of the gala was to promote healthy living and physical fitness among radio presenters. The gala sponsored by Look and Peak electrical shop and Ankoga Phones, featured Radio Central, Radio ATL, Yes FM, Ahomka FM, Valco FM and Eagle FM. The winner took home a 20 inch TV with the runners up presented with a 16 inch TV and the third place 14 inch TV set. Nana Ato Arthur, Central Regional Minister was took the kick off.
