Afriyie Acquah met Muntari in Parma-Milan thriller

Afriyie Acquah got a dose of the rough challenges from his senior Ghanaian compatriot Sulley Muntari during the nine-goal thriller between Parma and AC Milan on Sunday.

The rising Ghana international lasted the entire duration of the Serie-A clash which was won by the Rossoneri.

Muntari also played the full throttle and made sure youngster Afriyie Acquah felt his presence on the field of play.

The ex Inter Milan man is pictured sliding into the ankle of his 22-year-old Ghanaian compatriot but surprisingly escaped without a caution.

Acquah subsequently got book for his own version of a bad challenge but would have surely felt the hit he took against Muntari earlier on.

Milan went on to win the game 5-4 at the Stadio Ennio Tardini.

Acquah has just returned from an international assignment with Ghana while Muntari was not called up as he continues to serve an indefinite ban from the Black Stars.
