2016 Beach Soccer champions to receive a new bus

The Chief Executive Officer of Aborigines Beach Resort, Mr. Mitchigan Awoonor- Woollams has promised to donate a brand new bus to the Keta Sunset Sports Beach soccer team following their third straight Beach Soccer League triumph.

Mr. Awoonor made these promise when management’s and the playing body of the club paid a visit to him at the Aborigines Beach Resort on Sunday July 10 to present the new trophy.

Upon their arrival at the resort, Sunset Beach Soccer club were honoured with a surprise dinner reception which was followed by the news of a brand new bus.

Keta Sunset Sports clinched their third straight Championship trophy with 77 points, in the fourth edition of the Beach Soccer league after dispatching Teshie Utd 4-0 in their final game of the 2016 season.

The game was played at the Laboma Beach Soccer Arena on Saturday July 9, 2016 to wrap up a rather difficult but successful season.
