In all sincerity, those who are very close to him should tell him to be mindful of how he talks about other politicians, especially former presidents. That holier than thou attitude that he exhibits rather opens the gates of Hell for others also to rain fire of insults on him and his family. He lives in a glass house so he should stop throwing stones. For now, he erroneously thinks he is popular and Ghanaians love him. I know he was old enough when Nkrumah was overthrown and will remember the spontaneous jubilation that went on everywhere in Ghana for days. The insults against Nkrumah who until then was hailed as OSAGYEFO. The day Papa Jerry will die, the same thing will happen. For now, he should just know how to behave as an elder statesman so that the insults and disrespects towards him will stop. After all, nothing that he says now will change the equation even in his own party he is said to have founded.

It's time to say things as they ought to be! Rawlings is the bane of Ghana's problems; he seized power through the barrel of the gun, claiming he'd lead Ghana to "Sugar Mountain" by his house supposed "house cleaning exercise" in his so-called "Revolution" that would bring national cleansing.

Rawlings and his gang of covetous and envious civilian and army brigade stood on roof tops chanting songs and slogans: "we no go sit down make dem cheat we everyday" "enemies of revolution" and many more. Rawlings said his revolution was: "like a woman during labour; it's painful but there's joy when she delivers her baby" a speech that many Ghanaians believed.

Rawlings targeted mostly Akan tribes people and made sure that they were subdued, while many had their businesses and properties confiscated to the state. Some prominent Akan leaders, chiefs and business people have vanished from the surface of this earth up to this day, without traces of their whereabouts by their families. It turns out that Rawlings, while he made sure that Akans forfeited their property to the state, he turned around and sold Nsawam Cannery which was a state-owned enterprise, listed to be sold, to his own wife, Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings. It's therefore difficult to understand why Rawlings should go out to tag ex-Prez J.A. Kuffour as a thief because his son had bought a private-owned hotel, while he sees nothing wrong with what he did.

There questions to be asked and answeres to be provided. Rawlings should come clean once and for all his knowledge about the SCANCEM, Mabey & Johnson and RESIGHA LTD deals or transactions. RESIGHA which was set up to buy rotten cocoa pods and seeds don't exist anymore, but there's news that Rawlings was a major share-holder in that business.

While it was known to deal in rotton cocoa products, it emerged that the company was indeed engaged in buying huge volumes quality cocoa products hidden under every ton of purchase for export. So through such dubious transactions, Rawling was able to amass wealth. Interestingly, he pretends to own nothing!
