  Stay the course and work hard. Toughen your mental attitude. Make sure when you overlap you are the first to hustle back when the attack fails. You are a defender and you must think like a defender and sometimes like an attacker. Chelsea needs help with defense right now.
  Work on your tackling skills. Don't dive in as you did a couple of times during the game with PSG (and other games). Contain, contain to allow others to cover. Be aggressive while far out of the eighteen; be tactical with tackles while in the eighteen. The nightmare for a defender is when an attacker beats you and crosses into the eighteen or worse the six yards. That gives nightmare to coaches. Two of such crosses in a game would limit your playing time.
  Don’t post silly comments about being or not being “the man of the match”. Warm up to your team mates. Take them to lunch individually and share jokes, gifts with them. That way the mid fielders, defenders, and strikers would know and trust you. Use your voice, scream when necessary, especially when someone does not hurry back to defend or to pass when you are well posited. Often Baba is open but they would not pass to him. Often Hazard would not run back to cover for Baba.
  Otherwise, Baba is technically skillful player. He's in the best situation to bulk up, toughen up and strategize with defense and overlap.

  boss i beg he is a defender.. if he gets the chance to score fine and if he doesn't too its normal.. his work is to defend and he needs to do it well. so far so good he is doing well with defending
