And why does the Ghana Supply Company have to provide so many guarantees to a private entity said to be in a position to fund all the developments outlined in the story?
Is the funding in place already - or are the many Ghana Supply Company guarantees needed to raise funds to finance the various phases of the project?
If the exact nature of what is said to be a public private partnership (PPP), is yet to be determined and agreed upon between the parties, then why has TAB-Forest Mines started clearing land belonging to a state-owned entity, which it neither owns nor has purchased?
It is such a pity that state-owned entities can be asset-stripped by those appointed to manage them on taxpayers' behalf in such blatant fashion.
It is said that the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
Perhaps those in charge of the Ghana Supply Company mean well - but this has all the makings of a create-loot-and-share scandal that could rock this administration, if the Mahama government does not step in to ensure that this land-grab dressed up as a PPP does not become yet another major corruption scandal in what is an election year.
Finally, who put this amateurish news report out - and left out so many details that would have helped readers to make sense of it all?

Also the CEO of this company is known for smoking weed and stealing in his young days. Well done government. That clearly reflects your real intentions and colors.

Indeed, it is time to honour our own people. If Tab Forest Mines, which is a local entity could be trusted with a huge project like this, we as Ghanaians must proud ourselves in that glory.
In any case, if the writer of who claims to have known the CEO of TAB Forest is so sure of his claims, He will not be scared of putting his real name to the comments he made.
Let us all be fair to ourselves and not to pull others, our own people, down because they are rising to the top.
I will say Kudos to TAB Forest Mines and I believe it will execute the project to the admiration of all and to shame the 'devil'
