2. In a league without a minimum wage structure, how ambitious will these players be?

3 Where a player with the slightest skill is sent abroad with the GFA having no stringent transfer policy, how can it not affect the talent level of the league.

4. With emphasis on the perennial juju mentality, perpetuated by management, how can the players believe in themselves?

The individual players of the local Black Stars are good enough to make an impact. The coach is the problem. This man is not honest, not intelligent, not analytical and cannot be a world class coach. He should be replaced with a young intelligent and analytical person who can understudy Avram Grant. Konadu's being at the Black Stars now is just a waste on the country's resources.

look konadu was smuggled unto the blackstars bench by mr nyantakyi from his club wa all stars through kotoko. it was a cooperation agreement. the blackstars bench was mediocre since kwesi appiah's days and kwesi nyantakyi will save this nation by doing away with the non-ex blackstars players turned coaches namely konadu, saban quaye and nasamu yakubu. coach grant should be allowed to bring in worthy assistants or we should turn to the likes of kim grant, hans adu sapei, simon addo, ablade kumah, joe addo, michael osei, ibrahim tanko, mohammed gago

Assuming Konadu is lacking in some aspects of his strategic planning, I think that there is no question that players from Ghana should have the fire and the hunger to fight for at least a draw in the second leg after having a 2-1 edge from the first leg. If players do not have that drive there is nothing anyone can do.
