  If this University is able to build up its infrastructural base rapidly with" internally generated funds from the students, and the judicious use of the funds by management" the other Universities should be following in its footsteps
  
  The aim of all our Universities should be self sufficiency in order to free up government funds for other pressing needs elsewhere.
