    Who is going to pay then. Nothing is free people. You want allowances, free utility and when you are done with school you want the government to look for jobs for you. Nobody want to sweat.

    Is the minister aware that the rlg laptops meant to be distributed to teachers had been suspended in the Volta Regional Education Office for sometime now, without any explanation to teachers?
