Then why isnt there someone at the hospital helping the patients obtain a NHIS card? IF there were proper services to obtain the NHIS card at the hospital, a confidence trickster would not be able to cheat the people in need ...

Only people who want Sika come from Kumasi? Have you tried T'di, Accra and Tema?Money matter is everywhere in Ghana. Everybody is trying to make ends meet, including MPs and government appointees. They are even worse.
