    I get your point mate. However at his own function, government appointees were late and he was rightfully peeved at that. If it hits other government appointees then so be it.

    Lateness iis not only a social canker but also an economic issue costing us colossal losses as the yeras run by. It is high time people are fired and or dismissed for lateness. We want to develop but has no value for time.
