    Even if is true, will that bring the boy back to life? Ghanaians celebrate unnecessary things tooo much. Are they doing their job well? Hw many ghanaians huv dogs who are not vacined, etc etc? smh

    Sad but proportional act in the end. Oh Ghana, so why was the dog returned back to the owner in the first place if their post-incident investigation was not complete.

    If that picture is of the dog in question, then it is NOT an Alsatian at all. Secondly animals are PUT DOWN not euthanized. The veterinary services is asleep on the job so this is bound to happen.
