OB, your views are rather nonsense. Any responsible bar operator who wants to obey the law will common reasoning to know.Clearly some of these school kids in the Primary schools and JHS are minors and yet these pple continue ... read full comment

Dont let us hide behind some of these technicalities of certificates to jeopardise the future of some of our youth. I am for it

Much as i dont condone minors taking alchoholic beverages, its incumbent upon the DCE to rather advice the parents or guardians around those catchment areas against such vices. What authority does the DCE have in closing those spots? Just thinking out loud

I don't support selling Alcohol to minor ,but the question is how those the store or the bar operator identify their age ?some of the kids grow fast some too not, no id
