  I will ask the chief of Asuboi to communicate with the authority of the Land the Okyenhene before acting o this case.
  When Okyenhene the Over lord of Akyem Abuakwa Kingdom lost to similar case brought before Justices of human right court at Accra when he invoked Banishment on three royals of the Asona clan of kyebi, in Akyem Abuakwa.
  After independence of present GHANA and the acceptance of British flag, nobody under any circumstances can Banish anyone from the community.
  System that led some prominent traditional leaders, Asantehene Prempeh at Seychelles Island Okyenhene Amoaka Atta I to Lagos Nigeria, Okyenhene Ofori II to Accra.
  This was big blow to the community and is not going to happen in this day Ghana.
