The blame must be shared with the Ghana government for failing to improve our roads.Most of these inter city/region roads are single lane roads with no road signs or dividers.I remember when I went to Ghana and attempted to drive from Kumasi to Accra,I was horrified at how dangerous and inadequate the road was.There were no speed limit signs or anything telling the driver to expect a sharp winding turn.What do we use all our money for???????#!!!!

I hope that animal is slaughtered like the 8 people he killed as a result of his animalistic behavior. It is only in our part of the world that somebody will drive through a funeral procession,even a lunatic will not attempt to overtake another vehicle in the midst of a funeral procession.
This animal would have faced a firing squad had it been the revolution days but in today's Ghana he may not even go to jail for this murders,he may not face any severe punishment to serve as deterrent to other animals behind the wheels in Ghana.
We need to be blocking roads up until funeral processions and other processions pass through before allowing vehicles to pass,if we don't do that these animals who continue to use their vehicles as weapons to kill innocent people will not stop killing us.
