Deepest condolences to Akweley's family. However, it is clear her family must now sue the contractor, for negligence resulting in her untimely death.

Safety laws demand that the contractor be prosecuted and appropriate compensation paid to the bereaved family. We wait to see the outcome of this matter.

I am confused here. In more developed countries, when a project is being undertaken, the site is cleared of all other activities and individuals who do not have business with the project are not permitted within a certain perimeter of the project. The engineers, project managers and all authorities who matters make sure all safety measures are observed before the commencement of project. I see that,Ghana is still learning and poorly learning what should be a common sense. For the amazing boss to now come out and stop the project was a late call. Heads must roll as well as educating the traders who take every safety caution for a joke. There are many such places in Accra, Kumar, Tamale and other parts of the country where no one cares when projects are on going. Go check on circle in Accra right now. Same story.

Ghanaians do not obey any laws or traffic and safety signs. WHy should the construction be stopped without eyewitness account of the incident, or a quick photo of the area in which she was killed. Then, we should also review the highly incompetent nature of our work force. They refuse to listen to the safety rules and regulations given to them by these expatriate contractors and engineers. Many of our local workers get agitated having to wear hardhats, gloves and reflective vests. Everybody is at fault here, even the mayor who cannot enforce simple common sense laws. Was the street vendor sitting or adamantly walking in a spot she is not supposed to be in. Any NO HAWKING signs in the vicinity? It is a failed system and society. The woman is as good as a dead dog or cat in the street.

DEAR HON.MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT AFENYO MARKINS,
IT IS A TRITE KNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN ACCUSED OF SOME RELATED DEALINGS WHICH TOUCHES AND CONCERNS AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT BANK FUNDS AND EVER SINCE THEN POLICE CHIEF SUPERINTENDENT AT CID HEADQUARTERS DENIS ABADE RETURNED FROM GERMANY AND WENT TO WINNEBA NOTHING WHATSOEVER HAS BEEN HEARD OF THE MATTER.
HITHERTO, CHIEF POLICE CHIEF SUPERINTENDENT DENIS ABADE HAS BEEN ASSIGNED THE RESPONSIBILITY TO INVESTIGATE THE POLICE INCIDENT REPORT THAT I DULY SUBMITTED TO THE FORMER INSPECTOR GENERAL OF GHANA POLICE SERVICE MOHAMMED ALHASSAN, THE CID HEADQUARTERS, AND INFORMATION COPY TO THE DIRECTOR OF BNI, H.E.PRESIDENT OF GHANA JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA, H.E.DR.MR.PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA THROUGH H.E.FORMER UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AMBASSADOR TO GHANA AND HON.MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS & REGIONAL INTEGRATION HANNAH TETTEY AND REQUESTED FOR JOINTS INVESTIGATIONS INTO FRAUD AND STEALING PERPETRATED AGAINST ME WHERE THE CRIMINALS STOLE ALL MY MONEYS, REMOVED MONEYS FROM MY THREE (3)BANKS ACCOUNTS, NAMELY: BANK OF AMERICA, SUNTRUST BANK AND WACHOVIA BANK NOW WELLFARGO BANK ACCOUTS AND UNILATERALLY CLOSED THE ACCOUNTS, THERETO.
THAT ALL THE AWARDS MONEYS THAT I DULY WON AND DONATIOS MONEYS GIVEN TO ME BY THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, WORLD BANK, UNITED NATIONS, BILL & MELINDA GATES FOUNDATION, HON.MRS.WINNIE MANDELA, YAHOO GLOBAL AWARDS AND OTHERS WERE ALL STOLEN FROM ME.
THAT EVEN THE CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS THAT I DULY FILED AT THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT OF RICHMOND, VIRGINIA FOR A CLAIM OF RELIEF FOR GENERAL DAMAGES F $45 MILLION JOINTLY AD SEVERALLY AGAINST THE DEFENDANTS AND THEY PURPORTED THEY SETTLED THE LAWSUITS WITH ME OUT OF COURT AND PURPORTED THAT THEY PAID ME $20 MILLION BUT NEVER PAID ME THE MONEY BUT RATHER ALL THE DEFENDANTS RESIGNED FROM THEIR EMPLOYMENTS AND DEFRAUDED ME WITH THE MONEY.
THAT MY THEN WIFE ALICE NAVI AMEKUDZI AND MY PERSONAL PROPERTY WERE ALSO STOLEN FROM US BY LINWOOD LEE AND JEFFLEAN NTOW AND OTHERS ALSO KIDNAPPED MY THEN WIFE ALICE NAVI AMEKUDZI AND MY BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTER KEKELI AMA AMEKUDZI IN RICHMOND, VIRGINIA ON JANUARY 25,2007 WHEN I WENT TO THE SUPREME COURT OF VIRGINIA TO FILE A LAWSUIT/PETITION.
THAT ALL THESE RELATED REPORTS WERE DULY MADE TO RICHMOND POLICE DEPARTMENT AND BOTH GOVERNMENTS OF GHANA AND UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
HOWEVER, UPTIL NOW GHANA GOVERNMENT HAS NOT LODGED ANY OFFICIAL REPORT OR COMPLAINT TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMET OF UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
IN ADDITION, RATHER THEY RESORTED TO DESTROY MY "tonyamekudzi@Yahoo.com" E-MAILS SITES THAT HAVE MORE THAN OVER 399,500 E-MAILS IN THE INBOX, THERETO. THAT THE CRIMINALS ALSO REMOVED OVER 60,000 OF "benonytonyamekudzi@Gmail.com" E-MAILS FROM THE INBOX.
THAT I HAVE OBSERVED OVER THE PERIODS OF TIME THAT THE PERPETRATORS OF THESE RELATED CRIMINAL ATTACKS OCCURRED DURING THE PERIODS OF THE EVENTS OF COUP D'ETATS IN GHANA AND THEREFORE THE CRIMINALS RESORTED TO PERPETRATE THESE ATTACKS AGAINST US IN JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MAY AND JUNE.
THEREFORE, THE PERPETRATORS OF THESE CYBER/INTERNET TERRORISTS ATTACKS ARE/WERE THE SAME PERSONS AND CRIMINAL RELATED GANG GROUPS THAT COMMITTED THESE HEINOUS AND ATROCIOUS ACTS AGAINST US WHILE RESIDENT IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE URGENT NEED FOR INVESTIGATIONS TO FIRST UNCOVER THEM AND FOR JUSTICE TO PREVAIL.
THAT AT THE TIME THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS CHALLENGE OF H.E.PRESIDENT JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA ELECTIONS AS PRESIDENT OF GHANA THAT I DULY PAID MONEY TO FILE THE "AMICUS CURIAE BRIEFS" TO DEFEND THE PRESIDENT JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA AND GHANA 1992 CONSTITUTION, THERETO.
THAT FOR THE EIGHT (8) MONTHS THAT I DULY ATTENDED THE SUPREME COURT SITTINGS THAT I DID NOT SEE THE "SO CALLED MINISTERS AND HON.MAYOR OF ACCRA METROPOLITAN AUTHORITY NOR NEITHER THE SECURITY AGENCIES MOUNTING THE BAR OR THE WITNESS BOX TO DEFEND AND TO PROTECT H.E.PRESIDENT JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA USING THE PROVISIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION OR THE LAW.
WHO NOW THEN THINKS HE OR SHE IS BETTER THAN ME TO USE FORCE AND POLICE POWER TO DEPRIVE ME OF WHAT TOGETHER WE HAVE WORKED HARD AND TIRELESS TO ACHIEVE.
PERHAPS BECAUSE H.E.PRESIDENT JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA GOVERNMENT DISCRIMINATED AGAINST ME AND DENIED ME OPPORTUNITY THOUGH I AM STILL DEFENDING THEM JOINTLY AND SEVERALLY IN A $43 MILLION LAWSUITS AT THE SEKONDI HIGH COURT.
RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED.
GOD BLESS GHANA AND AMERICA.
VERY TRULY YOURS,
