Did the writer say the dead whales are washed ashore, predominantly in the Western, Greater Accra and Cape Coast? But aren't those our only coastal land. Or he expected the carcass to be washed ashore in Kumasi and Techiman??

volta region also do have beaches.Some sea animals actually swim up rivers from the sea.so who knows somewhere along the volta river you coukd possibly find a dead whale
