It's very sad that people are dying because of broken equipment. This is not the first or only hospital in the country in crisis and unable to provide services. Management has to take responsibility and seek repairs for broken-down equipment and not just sit back and lay everything on the government. The ministry of health is also being negligent. On the other hand, the idea that employers or the government should provide accommodation is an outdated one that we should discard. You get paid for doing your job and you should find your own accommodation. The government can certainly give allowances for accommodation, but imagine the government having to get accommodation for hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions of workers!!.
