Even Irene Naa Toshie , petitioned prez Mahama for a relook and resettlement of displaced constituents and this time again the caring and kind hearted Mahama is not like Otabil who refuses to act on any board whenever the NDC is in power , but jumps to act on many boards when the NPP is in power. Central University should have been given this charter long time ago 2009 and 2010 looking at the performed of the school. But they were refused why nobody knows. This time around there is nothing they can do about it so they are not doing Otabil a favour, they should have done this long time ago. Otabil is producing results, he doesn't just talk. Remove the political shade and some credit.
