If this story is to be believed, why is the sakawa boy still a free man after stabbing his brother to death? This mallam could have been guilty as an accessory to the crime of rape if the sakawa boy had indeed gone on to have sex with a mentally insane woman. The mad woman could not have consented to the sex, thereby constituting a rape.
