    Private radio stations are business / profit oriented establishments as opposed to public radio .It is the mandate of public radio , established and funded mostly by the tax payer to take the mantle of pluralism to the people ...

    Late Gen Acheampong could use only GBC Radio to galvanize the who nation to go into farming(agric) when there was famine in the 70s.Today with the proliferation of Fm stations we can't use them to clean our environment.
