I am going to the flag staff house to ask for the release of the equipment that was used by Ibrahim Mahama to dreg the Odaw river. I also have the expertise to use them to clear the Garden City of filth. And I don't expect any foul stinking mouth person like Kwasi Pratt to question my credibility. I will also need government to fuel the equipment while I work for free. Join me if you are with me.

Cleanup exercises are not going tobe enough to keep our cities, towns and villages clean. We need our governments to take refuse and sewage removal seriously and approach it with a comprehensive solution which includes laws, citizen education, dedicated neighborhood refuse bins, treatment plants and cleanup exercises. The government must take lead in educating the people of the proper way of disposing of refuse and laws with fines to ensure the change in attitude. These days waste material treatments have advanced so far that it won't take much to begin setting up treatment plants around the nation. Some countries even use the burning refuse to produce power and others use the ashe in the production of many things including fertilizer.

It shows that the so-called National Sanitation Day nonsense is not working. What about the government making it everyday instead of once a month? In clean countries, people are paid to clean up. This nonsense needs to stop.

There are few or no trash bins in or around the hoods
What do we expect people to do
I think the KMA should make trash bins available at vantage points with immediate effect
