    Reading is, indeed, vital to language development.

    This is why we must set up more public libraries to enable children gain access to books.

    Ghanaians won't be able to do nothing better with English if effort is NOT made to develop mother tongue.
    We can't even get our lawyers and MPs to be able to speak well constructive english let alone the poor?

    The Minister of Education should have made this her strategic objective to ensure that evevry child get a book to read at home in every region and as such ensure that every community had a library to make this happen.

    Ghana needs to INVEST in their children. The government should be doing more than just donating books. Children first need to be taught how to read.
