If people can enter a police station to take a suspect and killed him as justice and get away with it then we are living in the most lawless society never found in any part of modern Africa.

Gamel or whatever,learn what is safety and security,running away from hooligans is not security,you call for what is called reenforcement if you know what that is,you don't run away from the criminals,that is what they way trained for,if you do that you leave the people you are supposed to protect to danger which was exactly what happened,even if they should shoot to protect lives and property they have every right to do so,if they had killed some of them they would have retreated,police are trained to protect lives and property including those in their custody,they are not trained to run away from suspects in their custody.
It is becoming a norm in the country for police to be running away from their responsibilities.
If what you wrote here is what you know about security then Ghana is doomed,even a toddler will not say that.

What a country we found ourselves in ? Lawless in society, vandalised police station ? This is unfortunate and sad incident one can think of. They must be punished severely to serve as a deterrent to others.

The two people they arrested were not part of the vandalism,these were people in custody of the police when the hooligans destroy the police station and they took advantage of that to escape,the criminals are still out there in town and they will do it again since they will always get away with their crime.
