    Well since no electric power for street lights somebody has to direct traffic. And is good for students that want to do this,Then they will have and advantage when the police do hire!

    Considering the hazards these kids will be exposed to on our roads, have we thought about any insurance packages for these innocent souls?

    Insurance for getting hurt in job is payed by employer, Not buy the normal health insurance(NHIS) in USA.
