It's the first step. By God's grace, the great plans that Doscar charity has for these kids will be realised but it all takes time. We should render support and encourage those who try to make a difference instead of mocking their attempts. Let's learn to appreciate small beginnings. It's a beautiful step in the right direction.

May be a classroom facility will be appropriate. However this is a good effort from a private source and not government source. It is commendable.

What happened to the windows, ceiling, paint, floors, etc?
It's certainly more modern and infinitely better than sitting under a mango tree, but let's not call this complete.

A man single handedly put up the building and gave them TLMs so you can as well go and fix the ceiling, windows, etc, don't you think??

Thats where the brain-washing begins. Just take a closer look at the first page of the drawing book and you see what I mean. The first object the innocent kids have to colour is an apple. Why not an orange, cocoa, pea or a tomato? How many of these kids have ever seen or eaten an apple,a typical foreign fruit, before??? I can bet on it that some of these kids will be dreaming for the rest of their lives of apples and yearning for the day that they will have a bite at it.
