Indeed this has come too late. i have always been amused when administrations show off public toilets as achievement or when constituents demand the provision of public places of convenience.

Indeed this has come too late. i have always been amused when administrations show off public toilets as achievement or when constituents demand the provision of public places of convenience.
Simply , a house without a proper toilet should not pass for habitation.Public places are provided only for temporary relief and for people in transit and at shopping centers and the like. It is not for people to (residents ) to queue every morning to ease themselves.

Totally vision less. National sanitation day isn't the answer, but rather the provision of toilets in houses & public places, litter bins and paid refuse workers, simple. A clueless govt always blames her citizens.
