    Totally vision less. National sanitation day isn't the answer, but rather the provision of toilets in houses & public places, litter bins and paid refuse workers, simple. A clueless govt always blames her citizens.

    LET BUILDING INSPECTORS BE VIGILANT. THE PROBLEM HOWEVER IS DUE TO CORRUPTION WHERE BUILDING INSPECTORS LOOK THE OTHER WAY AND LET LAND LORDS BUILD WITHOUT INSISTING ON TOILETS. IF YOU RENT A PLACE WITHOUT TOILETS, REPORT IT. ...
