My first impression of Ghana 10 years ago was the filth. I was amazed by the black plastic bags and other garbage everywhere. The children and adults do need to put their trash where it does not blow around, and the local governments do need to provide dumpsters and regular garbage pick ups.The beauty of Ghana and its people should be the first thing to catch a visitor's eye.
