This the new strategy of the NPP to ridicule & paint the government of doing nothing but claiming credits for things the haven't done. They(the NPP), however forgets people live in the various communities so they see,witness & benefits from the facilities so it is not what the NPP or whoever says that would change the existence & the benefits they get from them. Look at the case at Adenta & the surrounding communities who are benefiting from fresh water from Kpong which they didn't see in decades & NPP thinks their continuous trumpeting of otherwise would make some impact. This is the lose elections & they don't understand & fooled themselves of being stolen.
