    The real criminal is the false seller to two parties, yet they are happily enjoying the spoils of their crime in peace whilst two parties battle it out.

    I attend SDA Church and doubt it will take the laws into its hands like that. If the Church or some individuals did that, they must be punished and made to pay. The church must obey the laws of the land.

    Could Mr. Adombilla not call the Police to witness how his property was being demolished by thugs? I hope somebody captured some of the thugs, and hopefully the Pastor on photos whilst they were in that demolition action

    I have never seen a one sided reporting like the one I have read in the Daily Guide. Surely, for what purpose was the pastor's name withheld? The SDA Church has its HQ in Accra. Only a very bad journalist will publish a story ...

    There is no justice in Ghana even if the court rules for you it is another problem to get the tenant out of your house.
    The court should be able to give the tenant time to leave and also help you to get the tenant out.
