Training the youth so that they are are not wayward or providing youth career guidance is a critical ingredient which adds up to what is taught in a formal youth system.

If he wants our respect he should declare his loot as stolen money, first; and second he will give it back thru community projects in all communities across Ghana. And actually carry it out! Then he will earn our respect.. heck we will vote him president. But the way he's doing it is too self-serving. The best I can say is maybe he's a thief with a better heart than some other thieves.
