In 1966 the government and all of its agencies became defunct, and the old constitution was abolished, so how can the rules and agencies enacted under that government and constitution still apply? Some people are benefiting today like the colonial masters did when they formed these agencies, but remember that there will be different rulers tomorrow. Work to preserve the dignity of each individual.

I am of the opinion that in 1960, chiefs had custody of the land, if the land was leased from the chiefs, will the government now claim it? This is nothing but disenfranchisement. The government is giving the land to private individuals to develop on a large scale, and are slowly pushing people into ghettos.
