This gives all those signitories at Tsie-We to demand more cash from even the indegeneous people from Teshie. Why do I have to say that? I had to pay them GHC20 million just this month for their signatories for a land that my grand mother purchased for me around 1957 from the elders. I had to register this land for the title, and I see no reason why they have to charge me that amount. If you don't pay, they will not sign,'cause only their signatures are legitimate at the Lands Department. Mark my words, when these lands are released to them, an infighting will commence because right from the day those lands will be released, the sale begins, and most of them will die by killing one another. That is Teshie stool land saga.
