    Lets hope it works. Cos already the harm untrained personnel can cause to a profession has already eaten into a better part of the sector. Yet the prof are always blamed. I think "cleaning" is better than "painting" the syste ...

    and give 1-year paedagogic training to some of the brilliant unemployed graduates so they become professional teachers of the respective areas.

    We should simply learn to tap our own resources.
