When was Clement Kofi Humado replaced with/by Fiifi Kwetey? Fiifi Kwetey should now be able to determine or understand why MOFA has been under performing, since MOFA has not been resources well (i.e., NO FEs) when he was a Minister of Finance.
He should now use the "magic wand" to get Mofa and the farmers performing.

This is also just caught my eye. Why have the Farmers' day celebrated on December 30? Is that day the FIRST FRIDAY IN DECEMBER 2014? It has always been that the Farmers' Day is held annually on the first Friday in December, which should have been December 5. The subsequent Fridays are: December 12, 19, and 26. The December 30 is NOT even a Friday, BUT a Tuesday!
When were the changes made? Some explanation would be helpful!!
