    THE LAW ON DEFAMATION IS MEANT TO PROTECT CITIZENS FROM THE VIRULENT AND UNSUBSTANTIATED ATTACKS FROM LOOSE TALKERS. YOU MAY DISLIKE THE YOUNG CHIEFS BUT THAT IS NO LICENCE TO PEDDLE FALSEHOOD ABOUT HIM.
