    Who cares if the whole Northern region uses one toilet. So, they want the government to solve this problem? The community and the local governments should come together to provide toilet for the school.

    Total stupidity, why do you spend 4000Ghana on a notice board, it is a bill board. I think it's the headmaster who did himself not the students. Use 4000 on billboard whilst u don't have a toilet.

    It might interest you to know that more than 5000 engineering students at KNUST are also using one toilet. Even our higher institutions don't have toilets. It is a nationwide issue which we have to deal with.
