"He said the Ghanaian team encountered bad weather conditions but persevered to rescue the sick" If they had used a chopper in that weather condition how good will it be if the chopper crashed with the rescused people? After all they had medical staff on the ship and the best they could do is what they did to not put any other souls in danger. So please give them a break.
