Mall, as I know is usually built in areas with less traffic. The original occupiers of this area were ejected because they were in the path of landing flights to the Takoradi Airport. Now convince your development partners on how feasible this is when a Mall is to be built in a flight path.

SOME OF THE SAME GUYS MIGHT HAVE ALREADY SECURED THEIR PLACES AT THE NEW AREA GIVEN TO THEM.
