    If the law says all ghanaians should retire at the age of 60 with few exceptions why should this man continue to be at post while there are thousands of graduates unemployed willing to do the same much better and less pay.

    an employment contract is a legal binding, so if the contract says the employee MUST retire at the age of 60, then there are no exemptions.

    This is very serious! GES has kept too long in curbing this disparity. It is Mr. Sarfo Kantanka today because of his position, how sure are we that GES has unquestionable data on all its employees?
