CAN THE DEVELOPED COUNTRIES BUILD BARRACKS,QUARTERSES AND RESIDENCES FOR THEIR PEOPLE.KEEP 90% OF THE HOUSING BUDGET FOR SCHOOLS ETC.

But i dont support the housing project because those who would buy the houses would be ministers, and big officials and not the poor. so government have to reconsider the decision. Let the poor benefit and not the rich.
