So I ask, after all the gutter cleanin that Rawlings wasted his time doing or pretended to do, what has been the result? Now that he should have more time to clean even more gutters why is he not doing so?
Now this equally bumbling clown, Vanderpuiye, who has lost all credibility in Ghana, thinks he can impress people with his pseudo-Rawlings shenanigans? My ass!
If, as he claims, he has a doctorate degree, I wonder why throughout his courses that led him up to that level, nobody ever taught him about the art and science of management and delegation of duty.
There ae hundreds of people employed by the AMA to do various jobs including what the whole Mayor of Accra is seen pretending to do. Those people who are employed to do that job are being paid for it. If they dont, or they cannot do it properly, it is his responsibility to ensure that he should get other people who can do that job.
He the Mayor also has a job to do which does not include going to stand on the streets once in a while to direct trafic. For him to wrongfully assume that he can do this job better than those who have been employed to do it for years, smacks of either arrogance or sheer stupidity.
Of course he will not resign or be removed from that job but what I can suggest is that he should be demoted to the rank of a trafic warden in the AMA

By going on the street to direct traffic by putting people's life in danger because he is not trained in that field, is totally unacceptable.

Two big shots in the city of Newark in New Jersey have lost their job because of 2 hrs traffic back up over the George Washington bridge and now the governor of that state can have his prospect of running for presidential office is in jeopardy.
Vehicular traffic during times like this should be taken more serious, so I think the mayor is opening peoples eyes about the seriousness of that.
He should be praised for the unfettered and unfiltered traffic lessons that he is giving Ghanaians.
I'm proud of such a mayor who believes in hands on approach.
