    Certain used parts should not be used on comm vehicles,and tyre repaires and mechanics should undergo frequent refresher courses.certain alterations should be banned,Comm vehicle operation should be on operators licence.

    any truck over 26,000 pounds requires commercial driving permit. Bus's normally are not allowed to use recap tires. Also tires below 5/32" can't be used..used parts should not be used in steering system or brakes system. But ...

    mere talk will not solve these problems,prerodic inspections should be done on these commercial vehicles once per year,and the police,if they are doing their job right,should pull vehicles off the road for random inspections
