China is truly a true friend and development partner of Africa.What would africa have done if China had not emerged as an economic power at a time when western economies have collapsed and are themselves depending on China for their economic survival?Because of China Africa is the most rapid economic growth area in the world.Africa has seen a rapid expansion in infrastructure projects and african countries are getting good competitive prices on the world market for their raw materials, generating more foreign exchange for development.China has never been a coloniser but has been colonized and understands africa's problems from that perspective.

This is unnecessary. KATH is deteriorating and needs repairs. Plumbing is bad, patients lie on floors and staffing is a problem. Ventilators break down all the time and supplies are scanty. Basic equipments are absent. Rather than build a new hospital, we need to complete the Maternity/ pediatric complex at the barracks that has come to a standstill and upgrade facilities at KATH.
Don't trust the Chinese too much. They have a hidden Agenda. Before we know, they will be controlling everything in Ghana
