Ghanaians haven't got it in their tick heads: - University graduates with accounting qualifications are NOT Qualified Accountants. Acoountants have Professional Accountancy Qualifications like ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, FFA, AIA. If this guy is qualified accountant he wont have given the above statement. Record Keeping are prerequisite of all financial & accounting reports. Si it the job of all qualifified accountants to tell their clients not Accountant General. He makes BROAD Policy and leave details to accountants on the field
