It is encouraging to note today that the No.1 commodity for all life: "WATER" is being discussed in high quarters. Even His Excellency the President mentioned "Water" in his speech a few days ago. CLEAN POTABLE WATER for all communities in Ghana accompanied by proper sanitation (especially in rural areas) can solve many health and developmental problems of the country. It is good for the nation that appeals are being made for increase in financial allocations in respect of Water. Availability of clean potable water in every home enhances quality of life of citizens. It must be given top priority.
