If US or any other developed countries go to elections every 4 years, why should Ghana take that path ? Let Ghana chooses to go to the pools every 5 or seven years, we will see improvement in performance of governments as those monies given as gifts in the name of ex-gratia will be channelled in other areas of concern. Why should school children sit on the floor, sit under trees and some in dilapidated structures ? I'm waiting to support any government or president who will be bold enough to amend the constitution on this and abolition of council of state.
