  This guy has to be watched. This same government owed the IPPs a fortune. Instead of pursuing them, you're here singing their praises. If they fail to pay you, don't come back seeking the Public support.

  If anything, that should be only a temporary solution. The longer we prolong it the faster VRA would sink without recovery. That is where they make their huge dollars to fund most of their activities. The long term solution rests with the govt. They hv to get their finances right. But for the collateralization of the ESLA levy (ESLA psv) Ghana would hv been in a better situation at this time. We took the bond and failed to use the money for the intended purpose. We diverted it to pay pensions etc. Hence our predicament at the moment. Very poor judgment indeed!
