Only the President can decide whether he deserves a ministerial position or not. KT has been in politics - and in parliament - long enough to know this.
I think it is good for his constituents that he did not accept the offer. He will get more time to serve them and more time for attending sessions in parliament.
Or how about asking Parliament to legislate that the President appoints a thousand ministers? In that case there will be a ministerial position for every MP including those in the opposition parties. Greedy lot - Dishonourables!!!!
